NEWS & EVENTS
- The residents of ALCF celebrated International Women’s Day. They enjoyed tasty dessert and received presents from the foundation.
- The little residents of ALCF celebrated Nune’s birthday and wished colorful and happy childhood.
- ALCF hosted the Members of the Child Evangelism Fellowship. The residents had a nice time, played, sang and read the Holy Gospel.
- We are grateful to “Umcor Armenia” CF for restarting cheese donation in 2022.
- Bible Study classes are going on with the residents of the center.
- We are grateful to the volunteers who did the loading of the container for March. We thank CSUN students and Sevan Mardirosian along with Nareg Gourdikian, Alik Berberian, Robert Gostanian , Nanor and Naira Gourdikian and many more.
MYRADOON
- Vocational trainings are going on. The residents of ALCF take part in English, computer, sewing and manicure classes.
- ALCF continues accepting newcomers affected by domestic violence and abuse.
AID TO COMMUNITIES
- The center keeps providing humanitarian aid to the needy families of Armenia, displaced families of Artsakh, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq and now Ukraine and Russia. We provide clothes, blankets, shoes, hygiene supplies and kitchen-ware.
- In the framework of “Sponsor a Family” program ALCF continues distributing monetary aid by bank transfers.

NEWS & EVENTS
- All the residents of ALCF celebrated the feast of purification of Jesus Christ Trendez. They jumped over the fire and enjoyed delicious dessert we prepared for them.
- Child Evangelism Fellowship members visited ALCF. They sang Christian songs, played games and received sweets.
- ALCF continues holding Bible Study classes with the residents.
- We are happy to announce David Hayrapetian joins the Pillar donors of ALCF.
- We thank Tamar Gugasian for playing a key role in connecting Anooshka Zakarian of Twelve Twelve Collective and ALCF. Anooshka’s generous donation of fabric will certainly help in training our residents to sew for themselves. It’s because of people like Tamar and Anooshka that ALCF can make such a difference in people’s lives.

- Vocational trainings are ongoing. The residents of ALCF have a unique opportunity to take part in English, computer, sewing and manicure classes and receive fundamental skills.
- ALCF continues accepting newcomers affected by domestic violence and abuse.

NEWS & EVENTS
- ALCF was full of enthusiasm for getting ready for the New Year. The foundation prepared a great party for the residents .They received presents from Santa Claus and had fun dancing.
- The Members of the Child Evangelism Fellowship visited ALCF, entertained the young residents and gave presents.
- A sincere thank you to OC Hye Moms, OC Daughters of Vartan and, especially, Sosy Hachikian and her entire family for their call-to-action response. Thank you Sosy for facilitating this! These ladies jumped to help, bringing together boxes and boxes of toiletries for our shelter residents! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
- We are so grateful for the opportunity to receive God’s blessings! Every year a local priest is invited to come and bless the whole center.
- ALCF received baby food donation from “Natali Pharm”.

- Vocational trainings are ongoing at ALCF, English, computer, sewing and manicure classes.
- Armenian Missionary Association of America and Yerevan Dramatic Theatre provided free tickets for the whole residents of ALCF. They enjoyed nice performances and got presents from the Santa.

- ALCF won a grant from “Umcor Armenia” CF. The foundation got comfortable and beautiful furniture for our shelter. We are grateful for the direction of Umcor Foundation for their ongoing support.
- Members of the Child Evangelism Fellowship visited ALCF. They entertained the young residents, played and sang songs.
- ALCF had a great chance to host talented fashion designer Kevork Shadoyan who conducted another very interesting class for the whole residents of the shelter.
- On the New Year’s Eve ALCF visited Ptghunk kindergarten named after Mr. and Mrs. Ghazarian and Musaler kindergarten. We gave presents to all the children who prepared a nice Christmas performance.

- ALCF continues holding English, computer, sewing, manicure classes for the residents of ALCF to provide them with skills and to facilitate their future life.
- The foundation keeps on accepting newcomers at ALCF keeping all the pandemic regulations.
- In the New Year’s Eve ALCF invited a clown for the young residents of the center. They played together, sang and danced.

NEWS & EVENTS
- The little residents of ALCF prepared a nice autumn performance at Day Care. They created a warm atmosphere by singing songs, quoting poems, dancing and celebrating the 3rd anniversary of Day Care.
- The members of Child Evangelism Fellowship prepared a nice performance for the little residents, sang and played together and had a productive time.
- Prominent fashion designer Kevork Shadoyan conducted a class of aesthetics and colors for the whole residents of ALCF. He also did a class of fashion designing and color coordination in our sewing room.
- This year ALCF celebrated the 10th anniversary of “Myradoon” program, on the occasion of which our founder Seta Ghazarian published a book called “The Shelter” which you can order soon on our website. The founders and the staff planed a great party and had a nice time remembering everything connected with our work from the start.
- The foundation received huge baby food and hygiene supplies’ donated by “Natali Pharm” for the little residents of ALCF.
MYRADOON
- On the 30th of November ALCF celebrated the day of Thanksgiving with all the residents of “Myradoon” and “Post Shelter” girls and their children. We thanked the Lord for his grace and blessings.
- ALCF continues English, computer, sewing, manicure classes for the residents.
- ALCF goes on holding Bible Study classes every Friday for the residents of the center.
- The foundation keeps on accepting newcomers at ALCF.

NEWS & EVENTS
- The staff of ALCF visited Theghenik and Gosh villages of Armenia and distributed humanitarian aid to about 120 underprivilaged families. We gave clothes, shoes, toys, blankets, bag, walkers and bedside toilets. The center also distributed toys to the local kindergartens of the villages.
- Every month “Umcor Armenia” CF donates cheese for the residents of ALCF.
- ALCF hosted Members of the Child Evangelism Fellowship. They entertained the young residents, played with them and gave sweets.
- The founders of ALCF made hot dogs for the residents and the staff. Everyone was so enthusiastic about the cooking process and enjoyed the hot dogs with great pleasure.
MYRADOON
- Bible Study classes are ongoing at ALCF. The priest and the founder of ALCF hold the classes every time with new themes and how to implement them in their lives.
- Vocational trainings continue. The residents take part in manicure and hairdressing classes, English, computer and sewing classes.
- There were 3 birthdays at ALCF during October. We wished happy birthday to Narek, Davit and Emma, bright childhood, health and many achievements for their future.

- The founders, the staff and the residents of ALCF went to Ashtaraki dzor resort on a picnic and spent an unforgettable time in the fresh air. They barbequed, danced and relaxed.
- Every month “Umcor Armenia” CF donates cheese for the residents of ALCF.
- Members of the Child Evangelism Fellowship visited ALCF. They entertained the young residents, read moral stories and sang songs.
- ALCF donated toys to the Ptghunk Kindergarten named after Mr. and Mrs. Ghazarian. The foundation is doing everything to fill the lives of all children with joy and happiness.

- ALCF continues holding Bible Study classes for all the residents of ALCF. Every story from the Bible teaches them something and makes them think about their own lives.
- Vocational trainings are ongoing. The residents had a chance to take part in a yoga class. They worked on collecting positive energy and took the negative vibes out of their lives.

- Our founders Mr.& Mrs. Zuhrab and Seta Ghazarian arrived in Armenia. The staff and the residents of ALCF are happy to have them here, now the center is full of activities and enthusiasm. We are hosting many guests, and the programs work on another level.
- ALCF organized a christening ceremony for 14 moms and their children of our Myradoon shelter. After the Baptism in our chapel, they enjoyed the madagh and deserts sponsored by Nver Sahakian from California.
- “Umcor Armenia” CF keeps providing the monthly cheese donations for the residents of ALCF.
- The third container of 2021 reached Armenia. The foundation keeps on distributing clothes, shoes, diapers, kitchen ware and med supplies to the underprivileged families and hospitals of Armenia. We are thankful to all the donors who help us make this happen.
MYRADOON
- Three mothers gave birth to three little girls. The residents were very excited,they decorated their rooms with colorful ornaments and balloons and greeted them with joy.
- The residents of ALCF visited Komitas Museum-Institute and participated in a great concert.
- ALCF keeps holding Bible Study classes. Every Friday. Our founder and the priest of Parakar’s Holy Mother of God church pass Bible Study classes for all the residents of ALCF.

- On July 24th ALCF held an event at Hratch and Araz Ghazarian’s residence in HB OC,USA. The foundation presented a capsule collection of Mr. Kevork Shadoyan, a fashion designer from Armenia, the family girls modeled for the fashion show. It included evening gowns and dresses and a variety of accessories. The guests enjoyed the fashion show and were served an open bar and a great lunch for the event. They even had many Armenian paintings of different artists displayed and sold at the event.
- Armenian Lighthouse little residents were full of joy and smiles on the occasion of a birthday of one of their friends. The center hosted a clown who entertained all the residents by singing songs and holding various interesting games.
- “Umcor Armenia” CF keeps providing the monthly cheese donations for the residents of ALCF.
- ALCF hosted the hantes of the kindergarten named after Mr and Mrs. Ghazarian in Ptghunk village. Children performed, sang and quoted poems. After the event they received gifts from ALCF.
MYRADOON
- Vocational trainings are ongoing. The residents of ALCF participate in the classes to become self-sufficient and self-dependent.
- Every Friday all the residents of ALCF take part in Bible Study classes they speak on different topics based on the Bible, pray and feel the blessings.
- Every Sunday the residents of ALCF go to church to feel blessed.

- June 1st is the international children’s day. There was a festive atmosphere at ALCF. The children of Day Care prepared a nice performance; they sang and quoted poems on that special day. After the event all the children danced, played, painted on the ground with colorful chalks then enjoyed sweets and dessert made for them. The center also hosted a clown who entertained our little residents and gave presents to them.
- “Umcor Armenia” CF donated cheese for the residents of ALCF.
- The members of Fuller Center with the heads Leo & Sona Manuelian visited ALCF. They had an interesting tour around the center and made donations. We are very thankful to them for their time and visit.
- ALCF hosted the Members of the Child Evangelism Fellowship. They entertained the young residents, sang songs and presented books to the residents.

- The residents of ALCF go on participating in English, computer, sewing and manicure classes. These are the unique opportunities for them to get ready for their future life.
- Bible Study classes are also on going at ALCF. Every Friday the whole residents of the center take part in the classes, pray and interpret the Bible.
- Every Sunday the residents of ALCF go to church to participate in liturgy and to feel blessed.
