Monthly Newsletter February 2022

NEWS & EVENTS

  • All the residents of ALCF celebrated the feast of purification of Jesus Christ Trendez.  They jumped over the fire and enjoyed delicious dessert we prepared for them.
  • Child Evangelism Fellowship members visited ALCF. They sang Christian songs, played games and received sweets.
  • ALCF continues holding Bible Study classes with the residents.
  • We are happy to announce David Hayrapetian joins the Pillar donors of ALCF.
  • We thank Tamar Gugasian for playing a key role in connecting Anooshka Zakarian of Twelve Twelve Collective and ALCF.  Anooshka’s generous donation of fabric will certainly help in training our residents to sew for themselves.  It’s because of people like Tamar and Anooshka that ALCF can make such a difference in people’s lives.

MYRADOON

  • Vocational trainings are ongoing. The residents of ALCF have a unique opportunity to take part in English, computer, sewing and manicure classes and receive fundamental skills.
  • ALCF continues accepting newcomers affected by domestic violence and abuse.

   AID TO COMMUNITIES

  • The center keeps providing humanitarian aid to the needy families by providing clothes, blankets, shoes, hygiene supplies and kitchen-ware.
  • In the framework of “Sponsor a Family” program ALCF continues distributing monetary aid by bank transfers.
