NEWS & EVENTS

Armenia and Artsakh went through difficult period. Families were displaced because of the war.  ALCF stood by their side and supported them in all possibilities. The foundation helped the people of Artsakh in many ways:

  • As a result of the war ALCF hosted 50 displaced people from Artsakh. The foundation fed them and supported them with everything they needed. In order to make the children and their mothers happier the foundation held events and Bible Study for them.
  •  The members of Child Evangelism Fellowship visited our center. The residents of ALCF and the families of Artsakh sang Christian songs, played various interesting games with the members .The young residents always look forward for them to come.
  • ALCF cooperated with many organizations for helping and supporting Artsakh people. The foundation sent clothes, blankets, sleeping bags, food and hygiene supplies to Regional Administration, NGOs, RA Ministry of Defense to be sorted out and sent to the frontline.

MYRADOON

Because of the war, we moved the post shelter residents to our shelter and made these homes available for the Artsakh families. That made the post shelter girls happy for not having to pay for food and utilities, but added expenses for ALCF.

  • ALCF goes on conducting Sewing classes, English, Computer and Manicure classes. The residents are very enthusiastic about getting essential knowledge.

   AID TO COMMUNITIES

  • ALCF provides people with humanitarian aid in the framework of “Ray of Light” program. The foundation gives clothes, blankets, hygiene supplies and so on.
  • The foundation continues the “Sponsor a Family” program. The monetary help that you give helps the poor families especially in war and pandemic conditions.
  • ALCF restarted distributing newborn care packages to hospitals. The mothers are really happy to get these gift packages for their babies.
  • We also helped Artsakh families living outside the foundation. ALCF provided warm clothes, shoes, boots and necessary supplies to them.
