NEWS & EVENTS

  • Gabriel Haykazian brought 20 people group to Armenia and their first day started with their visit to Ejmiadzin and then to our center. We honored them with delightful luncheon.
    They were all flabbergasted with the shelter and all the residents. They all donated with satisfactory tears and left our center promising to help our mission in every way.
  • On September 8th was St Mary’s day.Ter Hayr did a holy patarak in our St Mary’s church on premises. All our residents and few people from the church community were present. It was a blessing to all, they all took holy communion.

 

 MYRADOON
The atmosphere in our shelter is so friendly and joyful.  This month we celebrated 3 birthdays and  had  a first tooth party. They went to a theater in Yerevan and watched a performance, afterward the residents walked around in Yerevan by night.They participate in the classes of English, computer skills, sewing ,manicure/pedicure.

 

 

AID TO THE COMMUNITIES 
ALCF continues Light of Hope program.  The staff goes to  different villages of Armenia and distribute humanitarian aid to the needy. This month we also went  to Haykavan village in Armavir region .
Emma Avetik Ghazarian an active supporter of ALCF joined our staff in distributing goods to Eraskh village in Ararat region. We are delighted to have people join us in our missionary work.
We continue to help Syrian refugees who come to our doors for help.
