NEWS & EVENTS
- The residents of ALCF came together to joyfully celebrate the Feast of the Transfiguration of the Virgin Mary, also known as the Blessing of the Grapes.
- The First Lady of the Republic of Armenia, Mrs. Anna Hakobyan, is launching a series of interviews with women who have experienced violence, sharing their real and powerful stories. As part of this initiative, Mrs. Hakobyan visited ALCF, learned about the work of our shelter, and met with three women living at “Myradoon”. With courage, they shared their painful stories of violence and their journeys toward safety. We are grateful for giving these women a voice and helping break the silence surrounding violence against women.
- Our ALCF children enjoyed a wonderful day visiting the E. Charents and A. Isahakyan House-Museums, followed by a delicious lunch at KFC and lots of fun at Seasons Park! A heartfelt thank you to our generous sponsor for making this special day possible and creating beautiful memories for our children.
- RA National Assembly Member Hayk Sargsyan organized a special event for socially vulnerable families on the shores of Lake Sevan. The children of the Armenian Lighthouse Charitable Foundation joined the celebration, enjoying a foam party, training, barbecue, and a wonderful concert!
