AID TO THE COMMUNITIES

ALCF visited Goghtanik and New Aznaberd villages in Vayots Dzor region. They are both 200 km away. They don’t have communal accommodations. People are very poor and should travel 20 km to get to a shop. They were thrilled to receive their aid.

We received lots of letters from families of different communities requesting, clothes, shoes, bags and other necessary items. We continue to help Syrian refugees with everything they need.

MYRADOON

As its  gets colder the residents increase in numbers in our shelter.  We have two new residents, one is Russian, married to an Armenian man, who drank and beat her constantly: she has a son and pregnant.

We are thankful that Zepure Ohannessianof OC started a new art classes this summer, they draw and color designs on their hand made scarfs. In November, staff and residents started to decorate the center for the New Year’s!

We celebrated  two birthday parties this month. A resident dressed as a clown ,surprised our children. We try  to make our resident’s life Joyful. We want to thank Dan Desert cake company for supplying our children with birthday cakes. We thrive to add more companies to assist us in our efforts to provide for our residents.

Our  gratitude goes to:

  • Natali Pharm for donating organic Hipp baby food for our children enough, and extra to distribute to the needy.
  • General doctor Susana Onanyan, Gynecologist YevaTorossyan and our dentists Armen and Armine from Lux Med Dental Clinic continue their charity work, serving our residents, and participants of ALCF programs.
